AcroYoga Indian summer JAM

Let's gather up, invite your friends, parents, neighbors, classmates, 
colleagues and anyone else you'd like to infect with the AcroYoga virus.

We'll guide you through the morning with games, stretches, 
coaching, massage and more. 
We'll share skills, tips, hugs and loving touch.
As always we'll create a big potluck together. 
So bring a vegan snack to share.

In case of rain, the JAM will be in our shala in LOU, Oudenoord 330. 
We'll let you know in advance.
